We recently had drinks with a group of emerging artists, writers, and curators to talk about the local art scene. It was an interesting conversation. We all agreed on the lack of options for finding out about exciting local art and art events. There is so much going on, and yet there are still not enough vehicles for learning about the work that’s being made…everyone wanted to see more exhibition spaces, publications, and resources. Promising young artists like this one deserve visibility, and we are happy to share this amazingly detailed and painstakingly rendered piece with you.
